An ambitious and motivated Service Desk Analyst is required to join a well established leading consultancy based in Winchester. Working as part of a busy service desk team you will report into the Service Desk Manager. This organisation is a great place to develop your personal and professional skills to help you build a successful career within the company.

Salary: �24,000 - �26,000 per annum

As part of the Service Desk Team you will provide a single pint of contact for IT technical services, ensuring that all requests and tickets from end users are answered.

Experience and Knowledge required:

* Knowledge of ITIL
* Demonstrate an understanding of the principals of IT Networks
* Experience of working on backups and recovery
* Strong Windows 10 Support
* Experience of supporting Microsoft Office 2016 & O365
* Experience using active directory & Azure active directory
* Previous experience of working on a busy Service Desk
