Health & Safety AdvisorLocation: No Fixed Location, Republic of Ireland.Salary: €65,000 plus benefitsType: Full-Time, PermanentAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Advisor to help strengthen and maintain a strong safety culture across multiple client sites across the Republic of Ireland.This role is responsible for providing expert guidance and driving continuous improvement across Health & Safety, Food Safety, Environmental practices, Risk Management and Business Continuity.The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams to ensure high standards of safety compliance and support the delivery of safe and effective services.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and champion a positive Health & Safety culture across client sitesProvide expert occupational safety advice and guidance to operational teamsSupport the implementation of company Health, Food Safety and Environmental policiesLead local planning and performance management of EHS standardsCarry out risk assessments and support safety training initiativesEnsure compliance with ISO standards and support audit preparationContribute to risk registers and business continuity planningConduct incident investigations and support root cause analysisMaintain accurate compliance documentation and site-specific proceduresWork collaboratively with the wider HSEQ network to drive improvements and best practiceSkills and ExperienceDiploma (or equivalent qualification) in Occupational Health & SafetyIOSH membership or equivalent professional affiliationExperience in Food Services, Soft Services, Hard FM, or Mechanical & Electrical environmentsStrong working knowledge of current Health & Safety legislationUnderstanding of Food Safety systems including HACCPExperience implementing safety and quality management systemsExcellent communication, leadership and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
