Maintain and continuously develop and improve maintenance, inspection and emergency activities across all Last Mile networks to comply with relevant industry, statutory, regulatory requirements and recognised good practice Ensure the timely, and quality, submission of all Last Mile technical and network operations related regulatory and statutory reporting requirements such as (but not limited to) Guaranteed Standards of Performance, Water Resource Management Plans, Drinking Water Safey Plans and the Gas Safety Case.Ensure the safe, reliable and available operation of all networks adopted, operated and maintained by LMAM on behalf of Last Mile Group Infrastructure businessesExperience / Knowledge:Experience in a senior leadership position in a construction or engineering background.Exceptional knowledge of core operational functions and principles, including commercial, logistics, engineering, and employee management.Working knowledge of relevant construction industry regulations and legislation.Demonstrable experience of delivering process change and of continuous improvement.Utilities experience, with independent licensed utility operators, would be viewed positively, though is not essential.Have you got the drive to go to the Last Mile as an Associate Director (Asset Management)?Apply now!We aim to keep candidates informed throughout the process and encourage you to apply promptly as we may close the vacancy early if sufficient applications are received.About us:Last Mile is one of the largest last-milemulti-utility businesses in the UK.
