* Salary: �38,000 - �45,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Community Physiotherapist and play a key role in improving the lives of adults in the community living with long-term, post-operative, or musculoskeletal conditions. In this role, you will:
* perform comprehensive patient assessments in the community
* create and implement personalised care and rehabilitation plans
* deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
* collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
* maintain accurate patient records in line with professional standards
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* a current and valid HCPC registration
* experience working with adult community patients
* strong communication and interpersonal skills
* the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
* a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
