You will join the team and be responsible for supporting Northamptonshire Children’s Trust (NCT) Newly Qualified Social Workers (NSQW’s) who have been successful at interview in getting an NQSW post. You will also be involved in a ‘bespoke’ training/programme delivery within the academy and have opportunities to support and develop the wider workforce and beyond.
