About the people and their home
The people at Charmandean Rd enjoy sensory activities, music therapy, water play, and community outings! Our home supports adults with complex needs including PICA, Cri Du Chat Syndrome, and learning disabilities in Worthing. The people we support each have unique goals - from experiencing meaningful sensory experiences to developing communication skills through visual aids and limited Makaton. Our Support Workers use person-centred approaches to help residents engage with their environment, creating opportunities for choice and sensory stimulation. Through regular community visits, in-home activities, and personalized support, you'll be part of a compassionate team that helps each person express themselves in their own way and live a fulfilling life where they feel valued and understood.
About you Although it would be beneficial to have some experience of healthcare work, it isn’t absolutely necessary as we provide full training. As long as you’re passionate, hard-working and empathetic, you’ll fit right in.
Join the team today and begin sharing moments and shaping lives.
