Neighbourhood teams within Leeds Community Healthcare provide care and support to people so that they can stay as well as possible for as long as possible in their own homes. There are 13 Neighbourhood Teams spread across the city.This role is to work within our Neighbourhood Teams. Working closely with Clinicians by supporting with administrative duties.Daily activities will include:Supporting with allocation of workOrdering Equipment, Liaising with Leeds Equipment ServiceManging stock/equipmentBooking transportBooking appointmentsTaking staff and third-party calls [occasional calls from patients]Managing waiting listsProcessing patient referralsManaging Email mailboxes Neighbourhood Admin Teams work 7 days a week, 365 days a year from 07:00 – 17:00.
