What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Band 6 Acute Physiotherapist and play a vital role in delivering rapid, effective care to acutely unwell patients. In this role, you will:
* Perform thorough and timely assessments of patients within A&E, Clinical Assessment Units, Short Stay Units, and/or Rapid Response settings
* Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to promote early mobility and discharge
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support seamless patient transitions across care settings
* Prioritise and manage a dynamic caseload efficiently
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records in line with trust policies
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current and valid HCPC registration
* Demonstrated experience working in acute settings such as A&E, CAUs, SSUs, or Rapid Response
* Excellent clinical reasoning and assessment skills
* Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
* A commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This is a flexible full-time role with options for part-time schedules, depending on candidate availability. The contract is ongoing, with a strong likelihood of extension based on service needs and performance.
