This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and friendly team, playing a key role in ensuring that all damage and loss charges are applied accurately and efficiently.What You’ll Be Doing:Reporting to the Damage & Loss Manager, your key responsibilities will include:Handling new customer damage and loss claimsMaintaining and updating existing claims with a view to timely resolutionNegotiating and settling claims directly with customers and insurersLiaising professionally with customers and senior managementWorking with internal workshops and external repair partners for accurate billingSupporting depots and the sales team with queries and claimsAccurately recording and managing workshop reports using our in-house systemEscalating unresolved disputes to the Damage & Loss Team LeaderTravelling to workshops when necessarySupporting Speedy’s ESG Strategy – Decade to DeliverAdditional Duties:Managing asset queries via phone and emailAnswering calls professionally and promptlyAssisting with company stock takesWhat We’re Looking For:Essential Skills and Experience:A strong team player – organised, adaptable, and detail-orientedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident liaising across all levels of the businessAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skillsAt Speedy, work/life balance is important to us.
