Your responsibilities will include:Delivering general administrative support to the wider teamRaising purchase order numbers and processing purchase requisitionsDocumenting the receipt of goods using the Goods Received Note (GRN) processMaintaining accurate records and ensuring timely updates to internal systemsSupporting internal teams with data entry and document managementLiaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to confirm deliveries and resolve discrepanciesContributing to the efficiency of workflows by completing additional office tasks as requiredWho Are We Looking For?We’re seeking a reliable and organised individual who thrives in a structured environment.
