You will have the opportunity to:Lead the annual renewal and management of Skipton's benefits offerings, including private medical insurance, life assurance, income protection, and critical illness cover.Collaborate with HR Business Partners to align reward and benefits initiatives with business needs.Develop and implement clear communication plans to promote our Total Reward offerings across the organisation.Provide expert advice on reward policies, benefits, job evaluation, and role grading.Support annual reward activities, including salary reviews and bonus scheme implementations.Drive continuous improvement across reward processes, ensuring compliance and alignment with our People Strategy.Manage relationships with insurance providers and benefits vendors, ensuring seamless service delivery.Manage, promote and administer Skipton’s benefits platform.Identify opportunities to enhance our benefits offerings, conducting research and on-boarding new services as needed.Lead communication efforts around benefit changes for employees and partners.<
/ul>What Do We Need From You?To be successful in this role you’ll need:Proven experience in supporting medium- to large-sized reward projects, such as annual benefits renewal, supplier onboarding, annual pay reviews or bonus processes.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to inform reward decisions.Strong colleague benefits knowledge.Experience working with benefits suppliers and brokers.Proficiency in administering a benefits platform.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.What’s In It For You?Skipton values work/life balance and we are proud to support hybrid and flexible working, where possible.
