We are currently recruiting for a Chef Manager to work with us in a lovely B&I site. This position is working Monday - Thursday from 7.30am to 5pm.This position involves managing a team of 2.We are looking for a chef that can deliver home made, delicious food suited to a busy construction site environment, We have a wonderful restaurant facility with a well equipped kitchen to work from.Key Responsibilities:Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customersIdentifying opportunities to improve our food serviceSupporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their roleDelivering our tasty food concepts to our customersOrdering food, looking after stock control and controlling food wasteOverseeing the efficiency of all catering operations, including managing inventories and implementing action plansManaging budgets and successfully meeting financial targetsImplementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teamsOur Ideal Candidate: Background in local pub/restaurants This position would someone looking for improved work life balanceStrong on finance and waste control with support offered by our central management teamWhat\'s in it for you?Working with Gather & Gather has its perks!
