We are excited to be recruiting for a Chef De Partie based at Wisley.Location: Wisley GardensSalary: £28,000-£32,000 per annumShift Pattern: 5 over 7, 40 hours per week Key responsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of a specific section in the kitchen, ensuring efficient service and high standardsPrepare, cook, and present dishes according to the restaurant\'s menu specifications, maintaining consistency and quality at all timesEnsure all kitchen equipment, work areas, and utensils are kept clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulationsGuide and support junior kitchen staff and commis chefs, helping them develop their skills and ensuring they follow proper proceduresAssist in ordering and managing stock for the section, ensuring ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and that wastage is minimisedWhat\'s in it for you?Working with Company of Cooks has its perks!
