Finance Change Accountant Up to £60,000 per annum dependent on experience6 monthsLondon/Folkestone HybridHere at Saga, we are looking for a new Finance Change Accountant to join Saga Insurance.You will play an integral role in supporting successful outcomes across the finance workstream of a critical Saga Services Limited (SSL) wide transformation project, linked to the publicly announced 20-year Partnership with Ageas.  When live, the partnership will bring together Saga’s brand, customer relationships and insight, scale in the over 50’s space with Ageas deep underwriting focus and technology. The joint capabilities will enable both SSL and Ageas businesses to grow as a partnership in the Personal lines space.  As the Finance Change Accountant, you will play a critical role supporting the design and implementation of change across our Insurance Brokering Finance function. Your core focus will be embedding the accounting processes and control environment required to meet Insurance and Saga Group business needs in a post-go-live partnership business model.Reporting to the Insurance Financial Controller, this role will extend the existing FR&C team, with a primary remit to ensure the team is adequately prepared for the change in Saga Services Limited’s future business model.This role will carry a high level of visibility across members of the Saga Insurance finance leadership team, and you will be part of a high-profile project at a time of change and transformation. This requires active project participation at the individual and group level and the ability to proactively manage stakeholder expectations across deliverables.We offer flexibility over where you work – you choose a place where you feel most comfortable and productive, either from home or in one of our hubs. Our insurance finance team meet most weeks in either London or Folkestone.
