Right now, we are looking for a Pool Worker to play a pivotal role in our Age Activity Centre in Wandsworth.Sounds great, what will I be doing?The role involves supporting the team in the daily running of the service, including front-of-house duties, assisting with the lunch club, answering phone calls, and ensuring health and safety standards. It also includes making welfare calls to members, helping with general queries from volunteers, members, and visitors, maintaining accurate records of support provided, and carrying out any other reasonable tasks as requested by senior staff.What do I need to bring with me?You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission. ting individuals with mental health needs, complex needs, and working with older or vulnerable adults. They should demonstrate strong teamwork skills, while also being capable of working independently. The role requires the ability to engage with individuals who may express a range of emotions or behaviors, along with a solid understanding of safeguarding practices and how to respond appropriately.
