Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our Berkshire College of Agriculture Team on a permanent, full-time basis.Maintenance AssistantA ‘hands on’ role to undertake practical maintenance and project work in the college buildings and wider Estate.This includes tasks such as repairing broken fixtures, addressing plumbing issues, and ensuring that heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are functioning properly. Participating in larger scale projects aimed at improving or expanding the college facilities. This could involve renovations, refurbishments, or new construction projects. Ensuring that all areas of the college comply with health and safety regulations, responding to urgent maintenance issues that may arise, such as electrical faults, water leaks, or structural damages.This role is crucial for the smooth operation and safety of the college facilities, requiring a proactive and diligent approach to both routine maintenance and specific project initiatives.About UsThe Windsor Forest Colleges Group (TWFCG) is a leading education provider in the South-East.
