Administrator
Location: Glasgow
Contract: 3-month rolling
Rate: �32 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-3:30pm (35 hours/week)
Role Overview:
A new opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a leading main contractor specialising in Rail, Construction, and Civil Engineering . You'll play a vital supporting role in the delivery of key projects, providing technical and clerical assistance to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support with reports on business performance, work programmes, and improvement initiatives
* Locate and collate data, records, and documents as needed
* Create and manage Excel spreadsheets to track project costs and budgets
* Support Health & Safety file creation and maintenance
* Assist the Senior Project Manager (SPM) with monthly business review presentations
* Take and track minutes and actions from key meetings
* Conduct fire and safety equipment checks
* Scan and file delivery and collection documents
* Email briefing documents to relevant internal/external stakeholders
Requirements:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
* Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. formulas, data tracking)
* Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
* Ideally available to start within one week
