Job DescriptionTeam LeaderSalary: £14.33 per hourWorking Hours: Full TimeService: Integra Riversdale We are currently recruiting for Team Leader –  to join our team at Integra RiversdaleRiversdale is a residential care home for 10 individuals with a mental health diagnosis, we have two houses Riversdale House and the Coach House, which are separated by gardens.The Coach House provides support for those who are almost ready for move on into their own properties,  this comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 communal bathroom/shower rooms, a large communal lounge, dining room and kitchen.Riversdale House has 5 ensuite bedrooms and 1 self-contained flat; it is a care home that provides rehabilitation support for male adults wanting to live independently within the community.The role is 37.5 hours a week and shifts will be across a 7 day rota that will includes days, waking nights and weekends. About National Care GroupNational Care Group is one of the UK’s leading providers of adult social care, supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health support needs, acquired brain injuries, autistic people, and complex related needs. Its mission is to empower those it supports to lead their best life, enabling them the opportunity to unlock their full potential and live as independently as possible within their community.The role of a National Care Group Team LeaderAs a Team Leader, you will promote and ensure that the company vision of person-centred support is implemented whilst maintaining an individual’s potential and independence. You will be a front-line manager, whilst also ensuring all necessary back office duties are completed within compliance.A Team Leader is required to respect and work cooperatively with others, enabling the people we support to live in their own home or within their local community with dignity and confidence.
