Several new posts are being recruited for the team as we grow to serve the demands of a growing college. We are looking for someone with a passion for partnering, who will come in and build great working relationships with budget holders as well as being a key player within the finance team.Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be involved in Month end, Budgeting & Forecasting, but most importantly, for your areas, you will be the link between Finance and the rest of the College. We are looking for a candidate who can see the bigger picture, who can monitor budget variances whilst understanding the nature of the business and the challenges it faces. Through well planned, regular meetings with your areas, you will not only review month end results and discuss possible actions but also use the meetings as a chance to ensure we have open communication channels & that we are embedding best practices.If the role itself isn’t enough, Nottingham College is a great employer to work for.
