In this key role, you will harness your expertise to ensure precise cost tracking, deliver insightful financial reporting, and optimise resource allocation across our vibrant operations. You'll oversee stock management, verify procurement processes, and maintain clear cost visibility for stakeholders, empowering us to drive profitability, accountability, and sustainable growth in a fast paced, exciting environment.What We're Looking For:Oversee the cost control function across designated units, ensuring alignment with budgetary targets.Monitor and analyse inventory movements, wastage, and stock reconciliations.Validate and process supplier invoices, ensuring correct pricing and quantities.Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes alongside operational and finance teams.Support operational teams in understanding cost structures and financial KPIs.Maintain accurate records and generate weekly and monthly cost reports.Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls.Collaborate with procurement to optimise purchasing decisions and supplier agreements.Contribute to margin improvement initiatives through detailed cost analysis and insights.Liaise with the central finance team to support month end closing and audits.What You'll Bring:Essential:Previous experience in a cost control, finance assistant, or commercial support role.Strong understanding of stock and inventory control, preferably in hospitality or catering.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with financial systems.Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.Effective communicator with the ability to influence operational teams.Highly organised, able to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines.Desirable:Experience with SAP, Unit4, or similar ERP/finance systems.Background in stadium, events, or large scale hospitality operations.Here, you’ll have the freedom to excel on your terms, making meaningful contributions that resonate with your passions and professional goals.Join us and become part of something larger, where purpose drives your work, and your growth is supported every step of the way.We’re creators of exceptional experiences and passionate about great food.
