You’ll:Provide a first-class customer experience, earning trust and building lasting relationships in the absence of their assigned FPC or Adviser.Support Customer Preparation Meetings, educating both new and existing customers on our Financial Advice Proposition.Coor
dinate and book appointments that best match the customer’s financial needs and journey stage.Ensure that every conversation explores customer needs in detail to arrange the most appropriate and efficient advice path.Support the wider Financial Advice distribution team, helping colleagues deepen their understanding of our proposition.What Will You Bring?Proven customer-facing experienceA sound understanding of the Society’s Financial Advice PropositionA proactive, highly organised, and self-motivated approachConfidence working toward and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
