We are currently recruiting for a Relief Chef Manager.Location: Northampton (Field based role with required travel between Northampton and Watford)Rate of Pay: £34,000 - £36,000 per annum , Millage can be expensedWorking Pattern - Predominantly Monday - Friday 7am to 3pm 40 hours per week, but will require weekend flexibility Your key responsibilities will include: Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customersOverseeing and implementing menu changesIdentifying opportunities to improve our food servicesListening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food servicesSupporting with the creation of new menus and creative food conceptsRepresenting CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand imageMonitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stockedOverseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standardsComplying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Satefty regulationsWhat\'s in it for you?Working with Gather and Gather has its perks!
