Sodexo is looking for a dedicated and detail-driven Maintenance Administration Operative to support the smooth operation of our Maintenance Department at HMP Forest Bank. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all administrative processes run efficiently, including managing maintenance records, supporting contractors, and working with CAFM systems.Key Responsibilities:Maintain electronic files, records, and training logsSupport booking and compliance documentation for external contractorsOperate CAFM (Maximo), managing planned/reactive maintenance tasksRaise purchase orders, permits, and manage contractor documentation (RAMS, SSOW)Support the Deputy Facilities Manager and wider maintenance teamCover for other admin staff during absencesGeneral admin duties, including minute-taking and reportingWhat We’re Looking For:Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and WordExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsConfident communicator and team playerAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesExperience working in a compliance or standards-based environment is a plusKnowledge of CAFM systems (e.g. Maximo) desirableWhy Join Us?
