The Company:
Our client is part of a multinational manufacturing group, this company manufacture bespoke products for industrial applications. The site in Manchester is full of the latest manufacturing technologies. As a result of this new technology and increased demand for their services they are now looking for a Multi Skilled maintenance engineer to join their team.
The Role:
Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will include:
* A mix of Reactive Maintenance and project work.
* PPM, process improvements
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of production equipment.
* identify faults, diagnose, and repair and perform preventative maintenance on all machinery.
* Work closely with the production team to minimize downtime and optimize production output.
* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and ensure that all equipment is safe and compliant with relevant legislation and standards.
The Candidate:
To be successful in your application as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer you must have the following skills or attributes:

* Must have an NVQ level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
* Must have previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer.
* Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills,
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team.
