What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as an Occupational Therapist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in an acute hospital setting . In this role, you will:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Create and implement personalised discharge plans
- Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
- Maintain accurate patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current and valid HCPC registration
- Experience working with acute medical and surgical inpatients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This flexible role requires availability from Monday to Friday with part-time hours considered. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
