Role PurposeOur B&K brewed beers really set us apart from the pack and as the brewer you will very much be at the helm of this hugely important aspect of our business! Being a brewer at B&K is a very unique opportunity to put your skills to work at brewing some amazing beers whilst also working in a vibrant, socially engaging guest facing role! Our breweries are always a focal point and hub within our brewpubs and as such all our brewers fully engage with the local community, including our brewpub teams on a day to day basis.Naturally you’ll make sure the beer quality is spot-on, from recipe design, ingredient ordering, brewery upkeep, audits and of course brewing the beer itself.As a Brewer you’ll be in control of stock and ordering of ingredients, including managing your budgets based on company specification, you’ll also be a complete beer-nerd who loves sharing your passion, encouraging the team and guests to try the beer you’ve produced. You’ll naturally be a people person, who is bubbly, active and communicative, who offers support and guidance in management meetings, setting clear goals for the team.
