As our Internal Sales Executive, you will be the vital link between our customers and our product range. Your role will involve handling incoming enquiries, making proactive calls, and building long-term relationships with clients. You will accurately process quotations, update customer records, and resolve any queries that arise. By maintaining a culture of continuous improvement, you will help us achieve excellence in customer service while assisting in the co-ordination of information for management purposes.

Internal Sales Executive Requirements:
* A proactive 'can do' attitude towards helping the business grow
* Proven track record within an internal sales role
* Experience making proactive outgoing telephone calls
* A passion for sales along with a keen eye for engineering solutions
* Excellent customer interaction and communication skills
