Right now, we are looking for a Support Worker to play a pivotal role in our Complex Needs Service in Hammersmith and Fulham Clusters.Sounds great, what will I be doing?This role supports clients to manage their wellbeing, develop independence, and achieve personal goals through co-produced plans and community engagement. It involves liaising with professionals, maintaining accurate records, managing housing-related tasks, and ensuring service users understand and participate in their support.The role also includes promoting safety, managing resources, supporting tenancy sustainment, and working flexibly with the team to meet service objectives and contractual obligations.What do I need to bring with me?You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission. xperience of the areas we support, so if you feel comfortable, please do mention this on your application.Here's what the team will be looking for:Good understanding of Health and Safety within an accommodation-based settingAbility to monitor and maintain the safety and security of supported housing service and report maintenance requirements appropriateExperience of working with people with mental health needsBasic knowledge of housing management including maintenance & repairsGood literacy and numeracy skills and able to produce clear lettersStrong IT skillsKnowledge and understanding of safeguarding issues and the ability to address them appropriatelyInterview StepsWe keep our interview process simple, so you know exactly what to expect.Shortlisting call: We have a team of dedicated recruitment specialists who will speak to you about your experience, motivations and values.
