This role is perfect for someone who loves being hands-on, enjoys variety, and thrives on making people feel looked after.About You and The RoleWe’re looking for a Duty Manager who:Supports the team to deliver seamless guest experiences – from welcoming VIPs to stepping in during busy periods at reception, concierge, or the bell deskLeads the Reception team in the absence of the Reception ManagerCoordinates across departments, manages daily handovers, and ensures smooth arrivals, departures, and follow-upsHandles guest complaints with care, logs service recovery, and authorises allowances, rebates, or late check-out charges when neededKeeps things on track behind the scenes – managing credit reports, lost property and team schedulingHas front-of-house experience, stays calm under pressure, and naturally connects with peopleIs flexible with shifts working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern across weekdays and weekends, and genuinely cares about creating great guest experiencesWith more hotels planned within our wider portfolio, this is your chance to be at the forefront of a dynamic and expanding company.
