They support clients in disclosing mental health conditions in the workplace and assist those already in employment to strengthen relationships with colleagues and managers. Additionally, they collaborate with employers to ensure reasonable adjustments are made, enabling individuals to remain in work successfully.What do I need to bring with me?You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission. as we support, so if you feel comfortable, please do mention this on your application.Here's what the team will be looking for:Vocational Support Experience: Proven experience providing employment support, including job search assistance, CV development, interview coaching, and job retention strategies.Mental Health Employment Support: Skilled in supporting individuals with mental health conditions to transition into or remain in employment.Knowledge of Employment Law: Strong understanding of employment rights, the Equality Act, and reasonable workplace adjustments for individuals with mental health needs.Practical Guidance on Workplace Adjustments: Capable of advising employers on legal obligations and implementing effective workplace adjustments to support mental health.Collaborative Partnership Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain partnerships with employers, clinical teams, c
