Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit a Property Manager who will be responsible and accountable for providing a comprehensive housing management service for a portfolio of new build properties within No1 Ancoats Green, Manchester. The property manager will be providing all property management services to a portfolio of 130 units, with a mixture of both social rent and market alongside management of the service charge account for the site.This is a remote, full time role working Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm. Candidates must be a car driver.You will be joining our Affordable Housing team based in Canary Wharf, London.
