We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as Manager, Partnership Delivery.In this role, you will support the Senior Partnerships Managers to contribute to the day-to-day management of Club Partners in achieving their marketing and partnership objectives. In addition, you will build relationships with internal departments to ensure the effective deliver of the partner campaigns with the involvement of the appropriate internal and external stakeholders.What will you be doing? Maintain regular and appropriate interaction with Partner contacts to build excellent working relationships with Partners (will involve travel)Be accountable for the delivery of reporting for your suite of Partners, ensuring statistics are used to brief the Partner on LFC’s global scale and show results and delivery of Partner KPIsDevelop trust and confidence within the Partner organisations that you manageIdentify key KPIs with each Partner and report on these appropriately with the production of case-studies for each campaign project undertaken by the PartnerSupport the Senior Manager in the delivery 360˚ account management: planning, delivery, measurement, financial reporting and feedback with the appropriate regular reporting internally and externallyImplement creative marketing activation plans driving tangible Return on Investment for Partner investmentMaintain up to date knowledge of Partner industries and their competitive marketBuild and maintain strong relationships with other Club departmentsProvide support for the wider LFC Partnerships Department with renewal and new business discussions where requested by VP, Partnerships Delivery or SalesManage additional projects assigned by the Senior Partnerships Managers including contribution to financial and budget tasksBe a positive contributor and collaborator within the Partnership Team to all internal and external stakeholdersWho are we looking for?To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in a business-related subject or significant and appropriate experience in a Partnership or Sponsorship role. You will have proven experience of working within a sports marketing industry and experience of managing multiple accounts at any one time. You will have good knowledge of marketing campaigns, brand trends and maintain a methodical approach with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. You will have the ability to demonstrate experience of using web analytics package (e.g. Google analytics) and excellent IT skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. You will have relevant event management experience.The right candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and can build and maintain multiple relationships with senior clients. You will be able to provide clear and concise instructions to others and work under time pressures and project deadlines. You will have excellent customer service delivery skills with good industry awareness with great attention to detail.Why should you apply?
