As a Senior Care Assistant , you'll be supporting the more advanced elements of care (such as medication and care plans) and mentoring junior members of the team to help maintain a comfortable overnight environment and a superb quality of life.

Person specification :
* (Essential) At least 2 years' experience working within an elderly care setting
* ( Essential ) NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent
