* Rate of Pay: Up to �40 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Community Physiotherapist and play a vital role in supporting patients across falls prevention, rehabilitation, and rapid response services. In this role, you will:
* Perform comprehensive patient assessments in the community
* Develop and implement individualised care and rehab plans
* Support timely discharges and reduce hospital admissions
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
* Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current and valid HCPC registration
* Previous experience in community settings, rehab, or falls prevention
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence working autonomously and as part of an MDT
* A passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This is a flexible full-time locum position , requiring availability Monday to Friday with some flexibility where needed. The contract is ongoing , with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
