As a Client Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in our residential team, focusing specifically on managing the accounts for individual landlords. Your responsibilities will include posting receipts onto Reapit software, investigating payment discrepancies, reviewing supplier invoices, and reconciling bank accounts. You will also process daily BACS runs to ensure timely payments to our landlords and provide support to the living sector team during busy periods. Your ability to efficiently carry out these tasks will be key in facilitating smooth operations within our organisation.
Hours of Work: Permanent position
Client Accounts Assistant Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role with excellent IT and software skills (knowledge of TRAMPS is an advantage).
* Highly organised and efficient, with the ability to work independently.
* Strong understanding of RICS regulations and HM Revenue & Customs Non-Resident Landlord requirements.
* Exceptional communication skills to provide top-notch customer service.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and support colleagues as needed.
