What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Band 5 Occupational Therapist and play a key role in supporting patients within the Cardiology and Respiratory service . In this role, you will:
* Perform comprehensive patient assessments
* Create and implement personalised discharge plans
* Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise recovery and independence
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care delivery
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
* HCPC registration (Health Care Professions Council)
* Previous experience working at Band 5 level
* Strong discharge planning and pathway knowledge
* Essential: Experience in Cardiology/Respiratory services
* Excellent communication and team-working skills
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This flexible locum position requires availability from Monday to Friday , with potential adjustments based on service needs. The initial contract is ongoing , with a strong possibility of extension depending on performance.
