We are currently looking for a Labourer to join our busy team in Tongwynlais, Cardiff! Join us on our mission to enhance homes and improve communities as a key player in our successful in-house repairs team.
Hours of Work:
40 hours per week
Labourer Duties:
As a dedicated Labourer, you will undertake specific building work and general maintenance tasks on our tenanted and void properties. Your role will involve delivering a high-quality, right-first-time repairs service, ensuring that homes are maintained to the highest standards. You will primarily assist other Trade Operatives but at times, independently complete work of a simpler nature.
Labourer Requirements:
* General knowledge of domestic building maintenance and repairs
* Experience in empty property rubbish clearances, bricklaying, minor roofing, plastering, and groundworks
* Ability to work under your own initiative whilst managing a busy workload
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Full driving licence and willingness to undergo a CRC check
