This is a permanent position following a successful probation period of 6 months.
Duties:
As our Manager of Academic Services , you will be the cornerstone of academic support, managing the vital aspects of the student life cycle. Your role will involve overseeing compliance, quality assurance, and student performance strategies to ensure every learner maximises their potential. You will work collaboratively with admissions, marketing, and student services, playing a pivotal part in providing top-notch educational experiences. Your strength in leadership and proactive approach will be crucial in driving the success of our academic services.
Requirements:
* Degree-level education or relevant qualifications/training.
* Proven experience in management or team leadership.
* Background in education, visa, immigration, or customer service environments.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
