As the Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing this vision to life.About You and The RoleWe’re looking for a Restaurant who:Excels in pre-opening challenges, bringing creativity, energy, and leadership to establish Adeline as a go-to dining destination.Has 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership role within high-quality, fast-paced restaurant environments.Thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a hands-on approach to service and a meticulous eye for detail.Inspires and leads a team, fostering a culture of positivity, growth, and accountability.Manages day-to-day restaurant operations, including training, rotas, stock control, and service standards.Ensures adherence to health and safety regulations, budgetary targets, and sustainability goals.Collaborate with the kitchen, bar, and hotel teams to deliver seamless operations and unforgettable experiences.With more hotels planned within our wider portfolio, this is your chance to be at the forefront of a dynamic and expanding company.
