EV Supervisor – Republic of Ireland
Astute’s Renewable team is partnering with a leading company within EV charging to recruit an EV Supervisor covering the Republic of Ireland.
The strategically important EV Supervisor role comes with a salary of up to €55,000 DOE, company vehicle, and fuel card.

Responsibilities and Duties
As the EV Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing the installation of commercial EV charging stations.
* Following instructions, designs, and calculations to ensure all installations are completed correctly across multiple manufacturers.
* Preparing, reviewing, and signing off NICEIC/Safe Electric Installation Certificates.
* Assisting EV Project Managers and Supervisors in compiling necessary handover documentation.
* Conducting routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of installed EV chargers.
* Diagnosing and repairing faults in both hardware and software systems.
* Performing site assessments to determine optimal equipment placement and power requirements.
* Maintaining accurate records and submitting reports.
* Working with project managers and electricians for seamless project handovers.
Professional Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
* FETAC Level 6 qualification in Electrical Installation or equivalent (e.g., City & Guilds, or other recognised European standard).
* Valid Safe Electric Certification.
* Irish SafePass or equivalent.
* City & Guilds 2921-31 or 2921-32 (Design and Installation of Domestic and Commercial Electric Vehicle Charging Points).
Personal Skills
The EV Supervisor role would suit someone who is:
