In this role, you will create engaging content and marketing collateral for digital and print platforms, including social media, email campaigns, sales assets, and websites. You will also schedule, publish, and monitor social media activity to enhance engagement and follower growth. Additionally, you will assist with website maintenance to keep our online presence fresh and compelling, while building strong relationships with diverse teams to ensure seamless and coordinated marketing efforts. If you're passionate about marketing and driving impactful customer experiences, we invite you to be a part of our vibrant team!What You'll do:The role will require you to understand offer/product development and work closely with the culinary and operations teams to deliver the marketing activation and offer development across both food and drink.You will need to work with the digital team to ensure that B2C customer journeys are effective across all channels and engage customers effectively for acquisition and conversionAn ability to work across multiple stakeholders within the marketing team, and the activity will be critical to success.Attention to brand voice, tone, and visual consistency for both Sodexo Live! and Heritage Portfolio and our clients is critical in upholding customer trust and driving engagement.Support the B2C Marketing Manager in the development and delivery of marketing plans across Sodexo Live! UK and I Cultural Destinations and Stadia portfolio.Assist in planning and implementing social media, PR, and digital marketing campaigns, working alongside agency partners and site teams.Create engaging copy and content for social media, websites, email campaigns, collateral, and brochures to support brand awareness and commercial goals.Coordinate website updates and day-to-day content management, ensuring accuracy, seasonal relevance, and a positive customer journey.Attend events to support content creation and live coverage, helping bring the customer experience to life.Collaborate with internal teams (culinary, sales, operations) and external stakeholders to align on campaign delivery and support retail and events objectives.Monitor marketing performance, contribute to reporting, and identify opportunities to improve campaign impact and customer engagement.Identify and support initiatives that encourage data capture, audience growth, and repeat visitation across venues.What We’re Looking For:Degree-level qualification in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt tone of voice across channels.Confident copywriter with the creativity to produce engaging content for digital and print marketing.Working knowledge of key social media platforms and how to tailor content for each to drive engagement and growth.Experience using content management systems (CMS) and basic understanding of website content optimisation (desirable but not essential).Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines.Comfortable working collaboratively with a wide range of internal teams and external stakeholders.Enthusiastic, proactive and solutions-focused, with a genuine interest in food, drink, events and customer experience.A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.Ready to be part of something greater?
