Do you have strong leadership skills, self-motivated, enthusiastic? We are looking for a Weekend Duty Manager to join us a Wythenshawe Hospital overseeing operational services during weekend operations. The successful candidate will ensure that all services are maintained to the highest standards, addressing any issues that arise promptly and efficiently. The Weekend Duty Manager will coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a safe and functional environment for patients, staff, and visitors.What you’ll doAct as the main contact between the MFT client and Trust weekend duty managers, ensuring smooth service delivery across soft FM services.Oversee weekend operational service delivery, ensuring timely resolution of issues per Sodexo and Trust procedures.Conduct weekend handovers with operational leads, ensuring proper resources and knowledge are in place.Build strong relationships with Trust and Sodexo teams to meet service and contractual expectations.Ensure compliance with all policies, address non-conformance issues, and maintain high client satisfaction through regular feedback.Support the development of the weekend workforce, ensuring health & safety, clear communication, and effective performance reviews.Manage staff performance, ensuring compliance with HR policies and effective communication across all levels.Be heavily involved in the day to day of siteProvide an operational shop floor approach to the role to manage and support the operational teams with service delivery.What you’ll bringAbility to commit to Friday - 12:00 - 17:00, Saturday - 07:00 - 17:30, Sunday - 07:00 - 17:30, Monday - 07:00 - 12:00Strong operational background within a Soft FM Environment, preferably in a Healthcare settingAn experienced leader and developer of teams, who is effective directing othersKnowledge of Food, Domestic and Logistic service delivery, although all service not essentialStrong understanding of Microsoft Excel and general IT systemsWillingness to get involved and offer a flexible approach to workingAbility to work well under pressure and self-motivateWhat we offer£31,000 - £37,000pa + excellent benefits.Working with Sodexo is more than just a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
