- Schedule: 3, 4, or 5 days per week (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, 30-minute lunch break)

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our client's team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving patient care across general acute wards and the dispensary. In this role, you will:
- Perform comprehensive patient medication reviews
- Ensure safe and effective prescribing practices
- Provide expert advice on drug therapies to healthcare teams
- Support the dispensary and ward-based pharmacy services
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current and valid GPhC registration
- Ideally, prior NHS hospital pharmacy experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This flexible locum role requires availability from Monday to Friday, with the option to work full-time or part-time (3-5 days per week). The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
