As the Academic Services Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless student journey from enrolment through to graduation. You'll coordinate key academic processes and student support services, including student finance, enrolment, and orientation. Leading the administration of teaching space allocation and timetabling, you will ensure that academic reporting and data analysis are efficiently managed. Additionally, you'll support our teaching staff through effective use of learning management platforms, ensuring our educational offerings meet the highest standards and enabling an enriching experience for all students.
Hours of Work: Full time, Permanent
Salary: Starting at ?42,000
Academic Services Manager Requirements:
Essential

* A bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
* A minimum of two years of experience in a Higher Education or independent education setting.
* Proficiency in both English and German, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience in interpreting, implementing, and communicating policies and regulations.
* Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
* Experience engaging with and addressing the needs of diverse stakeholders.
* Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple workloads effectively.
* Experience working with data management systems.
* High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
* Strong data analysis skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to present data in various formats.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and seek guidance when managing competing responsibilities.
Desirable:
* Master's degree
* Experience of working as a manager within an education setting
* Knowledge of equal opportunity, equity and workplace health and safety principles
* Detailed knowledge of a student academic life cycle
* The ability to work as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, commitment to achieving challenging tasks and a strong team ethos
