Role: Locum Clinical Pharmacist (Band 7-8a)
Location: NHS Hospital, Gloucestershire
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Ongoing with potential for extension
Schedule: Flexible - work 3, 4, or 5 days per week
Pay Rate: �28 - �37 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Pharmacist , you'll play a crucial role in optimising medication use and improving patient outcomes. Your duties will include:
? Conducting medication reviews and optimising treatment plans ? Providing clinical advice & prescribing guidance on inpatient wards ? Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care ? Ensuring compliance with NHS protocols & national guidelines ? Leading medicines reconciliation and recommending appropriate therapies ? Supporting junior pharmacy staff and service improvement initiatives
? Who We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should have:
GPhC registration (essential) Experience in hospital-based clinical pharmacy (Band 7 or 8a level) Strong knowledge of NHS prescribing guidelines & protocols Excellent communication & problem-solving skills Ability to work independently & within a team
