This is a hybrid position.Location: The role will cover sites in HP11 2JZ, HP21 8PD and GL50 2RH so easy access to these is a mustWorking Pattern: Monday - Friday with 2-3 days on sites or 2- 3 from home - there is flexibility around that and the demands of the business. Salary: up to £39,000 per annum with a £1,000 annual performance based bonusJob Overview:In this role as Multi-Site Marketing & Brand Alignment Lead you will be required tospearhead branding, promotional, and customer engagement efforts across multiple clientsites. This role is integral to developing and maintaining a strong brand presence whileensuring consistency across various locations. The successful candidate will drive marketinginitiatives, create compelling brand strategies, track and report on performance andcollaborate closely with current and prospective clients to develop new brands followingcontract wins.Key Responsibilities• Lead brand strategy and marketing efforts across multiple sites, ensuring brandconsistency and alignment with Gather & Gather’s vision.• Develop and manage marketing collateral, artwork, and promotional materials foreach seasonal park and any other business requirements.• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales performance,engagement rates, and marketing effectiveness, to optimize campaigns.• Work closely with new client’s post-contract wins to develop unique and distinctivebrand identities.• Support the head of university brand to collaborate with Sales Teams, OperationalManagers, and Food Teams to ensure strategic alignment of branding and marketingefforts.• Create and execute compelling marketing campaigns across digital, social media, andtraditional marketing channels.• Manage internal communication channels and oversee visual identity across alltouchpoints.• Drive engagement through digital and offline channels, including social media, localpress, transport advertising, and influencer collaborations.• Conduct brand workshops with clients at the tender stage, guiding them through thedevelopment and finalization of brand guidelines and marketing strategies.• Continuously review and refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights andbusiness objectives.Key Skills & Qualifications• Proven experience in a senior marketing, branding, or design role, ideally in a multisiteor hospitality environment.• Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual identity, and marketing campaignexecution.• Proficiency in marketing analytics and the ability to interpret data to improvemarketing effectiveness.• Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with sales,operations, and creative teams.• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.• Experience in running brand workshops and developing comprehensive brandguidelines.• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.• Knowledge of digital marketing trends, social media management, and engagementstrategies.What\'s in it for you?Working with Gather & Gather has its perks!
