We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to work with us looking after a collection of contracts in London with travel required to surrounding areas.Location: LondonRate of pay: £55,000- £60,000 per annum, bonus + amazing benefitsWe are looking for someone who can:• Ensure contracts are organised and performing in accordance with and to our brand standards and company values• Assist the managers in the overall efficient and effective management of their contracts, which is to provide a high-quality product and food service to our clients• Ensure development and training of our team• Assist in ensuring that contracts are running in line with contractual obligations• Drive the service and support to exceed our clients and customers\' expectations, innovating and being creative• Implement plans to achieve successful results for each contract• Assist with new mobilsationsWhat\'s in it for you?Working with CH&CO has its perks!
