A fantastic opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and dynamic Staff Nurses to join our expanding ambulatory integrated clinic service. We have sites citywide providing care to ambulatory patients in clinic settings with referrals from primary care and LCH neighbourhood teams. The service runs Monday to Friday, we are looking for fulltime and part time staff (minimum of 3 days a week). We can offer flexible working on days worked if part time and shifts available are 8-4 or 10-6pm (location dependent). You will be asked to cover more than one clinic location weekly and you will be required to provide annual leave and sickness cover at other locations around the city for service needs.The post holder will be providing clinical treatment in a clinic setting working solo but will have access to senior clinicians for advice.You will be responsible ensuring the delivery of:Managing complex wounds, Line Care, Catheter Care, Wound Care, Injections, suture removalComplete clinical training needs and development, such as caseload reviews and in service training.Managing your clinic diary which will involve clinical decision making.Provide clinical support and advice to administration, as well as patients/relatives/carers.
