You will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and dignified environment for both residents and staff, one that supports rehabilitative culture and meets the needs of those in custody.You will be responsible for managing resources effectively, ensuring compliance with national frameworks and internal policies, and embedding a culture of engagement and development. In addition to overseeing the daily operations of the department, you will be expected to promote safety, decency, and inclusion, ensuring service delivery targets are met and exceeded.You will deputise for the functional head when required, contribute to strategic planning, and be a visible leader who embodies the values of the organisation.
