What you’ll do: Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on heating, ventilation, chilled water, and BMS systems.Conduct fault-finding diagnostics to ensure optimal system performance.Work safely under mechanical permit systems and adhere to health & safety regulations.Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and statutory inspections.Collaborate with the wider team to ensure fast and efficient responses to breakdowns.Participate in the on-call roster to provide essential support.Work with tools, access equipment, and occasionally drive company vehicles as required.What you bring: Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter in a similar role.Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and building energy management systems.Ability to diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs.Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations, including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.Willingness to learn new techniques and share knowledge with colleagues.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
